RV Parking

The Hahn’s Peak Roadhouse has six RV parking spots with electric service. There are no water or sewer hookups. Sites 5 and 6 can accommodate horses. See full list of policies and site descriptions below!

Site Descriptions

SITE #1
Our most private site with 57 feet of flat and room to overhang the curb stop. Site has 20, 30 and 50 amp service with room for an extra vehicle, awesome unobstructed views and a picnic table.

SITE #2
This site is 65 feet long and located across the from the hot tub gazebo against a rock retaining wall. Site has 20, 30 and 50 amp service, awesome views and a picnic table. Awning use is limited.

SITE #3
This site is 55 feet long and located across the from the hot tub gazebo against a rock retaining wall. Site has 20, 30 and 50 amp service. There are unobstructed views of Sand Mountain and a picnic table for your enjoyment. Awning use is limited.

SITE #4
This site is 40 feet long and located along a rock retaining wall overlooking Sand Mountain. Site has 20, 30 and 50 amp service and a picnic table. Awning use is limited.

SITE #5
Our smaller horse site along a rock retaining wall with 40 feet of space. This site backs up to horse corrals and has a hitching post. Site has 20, 30 and 50 amp service and a picnic table. Trucks can be disconnected from trailer and parked in overflow lot if you are too long for this spot.

SITE #6
Our large horse site located along a fence line next to the corrals with 70 feet of space. There are unobstructed views of Sand Mountain and Steamboat Lake. Site has 20, 30 and 50 amp service and a picnic table.

 

RV Regulations

  • ALL RVs MUST BE SELF-CONTAINED- No bathroom or shower facilities. No tent camping
  • Only electric hook-ups are available with 20, 30 and 50 amp service- No water or sewer available
  •  There is an RV dump station at Steamboat Lake State Park for a fee of $18.00 plus entrance to the park
  • Water is available at the Hahn’s Peak Roadhouse Store for $0.20 per gallon
  • Due to wildlife concerns, trash must be kept inside RV or in dumpsters on-site
  • All exterior lights must be off or kept shaded after 10:00pm
  • Fire lane between hot tub gazebo and RV parking spots must be kept clear
  • Extra vehicles taking up more than allotted space must be parked in overflow located at the northwest corner of the property
  • All pets must be kept on leashes. NO BARKING DOGS. Hahn’s Peak Roadhouse reserves the right to call the Routt County Sheriff for non-compliance
